The value of bullion in storage is calculated based on the preceding month’s average PM (afternoon) price as published by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).
Delivery from Storage
Clients may request shipping of their gold at any time by sending an email to [email protected].
If a client requests delivery of items in storage, they will receive an invoice via email for the shipping fees. Once we receive payment the goods will be dispatched to the client. Please note that our standard vault shipping rates are £30 + 0.5% of the value of the shipment for insurance. These charges are subject to VAT.
Shipments are insured to a maximum value of £10,000 (or currency equivalent) per package. Larger value orders are split into multiple packages and shipped on multiple days so that no package holds more than the limit insured. Shipments containing individual items worth more than £10,000 will require special delivery arrangements. We will contact you if this is a requirement.
Sale of Gold from the Vault
If you wish to sell some or all of your gold that is stored with us, the process is simple, safe and efficient. We offer a competitive market price.
